Frisco is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Frisco follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

If Frisco WBU is ever in a street-fight, I'm there with them. These folks are dialed-in and fully understand what it means to be a birder. Great folks who fully understand the bird life. Great people who know their product and customer. God Bless these folks, Aimee and the Frisco bird folks.

Love this place. My kids loved birds and became interested in them after visiting. We always try to visit this shop when we are nearby, even if we don't need anything. So nice and calm atmosphere here. And it's always nice to talk to the staff

Please CHANGE the information that "masks are required" because the staff did NOT wear a mask and kept moving closer when we tried to create distance. I saw no signage about masks. We bought the minimum we had to have and will never return. 1. It was obvious we cared about Covid mitigation b/c we were masked and tried to create safe distance. 2. Please consider others who may be high risk and remember the Vax only protects you, not others. Vaxxed can be asymptomatic and still spread the virus.

UPDATE Aug 2024: If you don't have a bird feeder in backyard this is the place to get one and the food for them. It adds a lot of value to your property to feed the critters. We have shopped here many times and at Dallas and McKinney stores. All seem to stock the same products and have knowledgeable staff on hand. So go to the one closest for you. Aug 2021: First visit to one of newest of 8 WBU stores in north TX. Layout and inventory much the same as other locations. Friendly and cheerful staff. Besides needing more bird food we wanted to visit store as had been open only one year. I took a number of interior photos to show you the layout.

Glad to see Wild Birds Unlimited come to Frisco! I've found a couple of fantastic window feeders at Wild Birds that my mom uses at her assisted living center. And their No-Mess seed is great! They also have some nice gift items. I picked up a pair of cute dragonfly earrings today!
